Facility Community Health Education-St. Clair County MRC

This was an event in which Cheryl Brunsmann and Bridget Farengo of MRC unit 1779 went to an older person living facility to educate them on emergency preparedness.  We taught them about creating a plan and a to go bag or specific items needed for sheltering in place.  We gave them emergency contact cards that include detailed information about current medications.  We empowered them to prepare and plan and include neighbors, family members and friends in their planning.
